1.CRT Cutting system equipment – technical requirements and specifications

A. Applicable scope

Waste television set, waste computer  .(excluding the LCD disposal)

B. Disposal process

In the on-line dismantling system, the television set will be manually dismantled the shell, CRT, printed circuit board, etc., and the color CRT will be processed through the cutting machine to separate the screen from the funnel glass, remove the embedded phosphor powder for central collection. The plastic shell will be loaded into the plastic crusher manually for crushing and sales after manually sorting the plastic shell.

C. Technical requirements

(1) Main specifications: Waste TV set and waste computer (14” ~ 33”) (7 ~ 50kg);

External dimensions: Length x Height x Width, minimum 346 x 365 x 365mm, maximum 587 x 660 x 868mm.

(2) Processing capability: 

Waste TV set: 20 sets/hour at least; weight of single set: less than 70 kg,

Waste computer: 20 sets/hour (not processed with TV set at the same time). Three sets of cutting machine with platform in total while the system is able to yield a processing capability over 120 sets/hour.

(3) The materials obtained from the processing are: plastics, printed circuit board, screen glass, funnel glass, phosphor powder, woods, iron, cathode-ray gun, copper and insulated copper wire, etc.

(4) The activity radius for every operator to work for on-line dismantling system is 1.8M.

(5) The on-line dismantling system has an active-type conveyor where there is a safeguard installed to avoid the small piece of object, such as the screw, etc., from falling into the belt to cause damage. The 0.85m wide conveyor has multiple sets of control switch for controlling the movement and stop. 

(6) The on-line dismantling system is featured the following functions:

Available for manually dismantling the in-built printed-circuit board and related parts in a control manner by operator’s pedaling the switch. 

‚Available for manually dismantling the front panel to separate the fluorescent screen from the enclosure. 

ƒAvailable for manually dismantling the explosion-proof steel ring.

„Available for manually cleaning the CRT surface, remove the sticker and rubber impurities.

…To function as the buffer area before entering into the cutting & disassembly process.

(7) The on-line dismantling system has the CRT cutting machine: size of processing object: 14” ~ 33”, processing time: 90 sec/20” CRT, introduced the steel wire (band) thermal cutting method to separate the screen glass and the funnel glass from fluorescent screen.

(8) The on-line dismantling system has the electric control box and cable, etc. 

(9) The on-line dismantling system is equipped with a lifting platform as the labor-saving mechanism; maximum load: 100kg, freely adjustable height (the least height shall level with the ground while the highest height shall be the same height as the conveyor).
